This course was designed to meet the needs of both Operators and Service Providers who are familiar with API Q2 and need to understand the key changes introduced in the 3rd Edition. The course reviews the intent and application of these changes and how they impact existing management systems, service execution, and compliance.
In this course, we review the key requirements and controls within the specification, discuss the Oil & Gas Management System models and Service Execution Cycle™ concepts, and examine how the 3rd Edition requirements can be practically applied. The course provides Service Providers with the knowledge needed to strengthen and sustain their management systems while helping Operators better understand how to review and evaluate Service Provider compliance and effectiveness.
